Johan Puotila, founder and Managing Director of Confero Consulting has over 20 years of senior level corporate communications, issues management, government & media relations and public affairs experience in different business and cultural environments worldwide including United States, Scandinavia/Finland, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America. This includes also regulatory affairs, change and crisis communications and management, litigation communications, corporate sponsorships, training media spokespersons and functioning as one.
Mr. Puotila started his career as legal counsel for Chamber of Commerce in Finland and also worked as Junior Judge and Public Prosecutor before moving to corporate communications. He has held senior corporate communications and public affairs positions with regional or worldwide responsibilities in Sweden, Switzerland, Poland and United States, where he worked among other roles as Director Communications and Director International Corporate Affairs Strategy for Philip Morris Management
