(Warsaw 24.10.2011) Finnair and Helsinki Airport have introduced seven new Quality Hunters for the second season of the program that started in 2010 as a part of the airline's ongoing commitment to improve its service proposition. The seven appointees were selected from over 2000 applicants from all over the world. An additional 8th Quality Hunter will still be selected from the ranks of the people who participate in the online discussion about quality.

Finnair and Helsinki Airport introduced their new Quality Hunters Yuval Golan, Mette Frøkjær HansenMirva Lempiäinen, Tomas Spohn, Sanjoo Malhotra, Françoise Lin and  Asami Nagai  in a press conference in Helsinki on October 20th. The seven Quality Hunters will fly as of that day for six weeks on Finnair from Helsinki Airport to destinations throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. They will observe flight operations and service with the aim of improving customers' travel experience and will be reporting on their observations and development ideas via the website www.qualityhunters2.com.

The Quality Hunters, Season 2 initiative is designed to encourage anybody who has comments, questions or suggestions for the Quality Hunters, Finnair or Helsinki Airport to participate in the online discussion either through the program website, or other social media channels. All ideas will be considered. To encourage constructive participation, an 8th Quality Hunter will be chosen from the online participants by the Quality Hunters, to travel for the last week of the project.
