The two added weekly frequencies between Helsinki and Warsaw will be flown on Saturdays and Sundays from March 31 until October 25. The Helsinki-Gdansk route will be flown twice daily throughout all of the summer season, from March 31 to October 25.

"The two additional weekly frequencies to Warsaw and the earlier departure time of our morning flight to and from Warsaw are designed to further improve connectivity from Hong Kong, Singapore and Bankok as well as from Warsaw to Chicago and New York", says Arunas Skuja, Finnair's General Manager for East Europe and Baltic States. "The earlier departure time of the Helsinki morning flight is introduced also with an eye on the many business travellers who subsequently can land in Warsaw already at 08.20 in the morning."

In summer 2018 Finnair flies up to 42 weekly flights between Helsinki and Warsaw, Gdansk and Krakow.
